City and Location

Semarang is the Capital City of Central Java with about 2 millions population. Semarang has a frequent flight to other major cities all over Indonesia and it also has regular public transport to other tourist areas such as: Solo, Yogyakarta, Jepara (woodcarving town), etc. From Jakarta to Semarang, visitor can take either a plane or a train. Travelling by plane will only take 55 minutes flight and travelling by train will only take 5 hours 15 minutes.
SEMARANG is a peaceful city, which is close to the sea and to the mountain. The city is moderate with a friendly environment. Visitor can experience traditional lifestyle and modern way of living. It is very easy to go around the town by the public transport.
